Park Amenities
A small item, but one of daily convenience, is the location of your individual mailbox
within close proximity to the front of your home and NOT at a central mail area like
the recreation hall. The same can be said about the curbside trash and recycling
pickup with each resident having an individual can designated for each use with:

Trash and Recycle Bins picked up CURBSIDE each Wednesday.

Enjoy a daily dip in our indoor, heated pool and jacuzzi. Or join a group of residents
who "swimercise" in the pool three times a week.

Our clubhouse has several professional card tables perfect for that game of poker,
bridge, or canasta. You can also play pinochle, bunko or euchre weekly.

Two billiard tables make for the perfect competition. Our social association has
coordinated an occasional tournament for billiards and even shuffleboard. Perhaps
you can win the next one! A state of the art putting green is also available for your
year round enjoyment.

Monthly potlucks or breakfasts are a popular occurrence coordinated by our
resident volunteers with an occasional ice cream social that
few can pass up.

We are a pet friendly community allowing up to 2 pets with
size and breed restrictions for all our residents safety.
