Paradise Shadows MHP Paradise Shadows
is a wonderful 55 plus community in north Phoenix with 200
manufactured home spaces, a beautiful clubhouse with an indoor heated pool
and jacuzzi for year round enjoyment and an on-site management and sales
team. All homes are owner occupied with at least 1 resident age 55 or older and
all others at least 45 years of age. Each resident automatically becomes a
member of our very active Paradise Shadows Social Association
for weekly activities and events.
